I am going to be in the market for a new or used 2 seater sports car for around $30,000.00. I am partial to Porsches. I live in Florida so it would a year round, everday car.
I will also be using it to travel up north in the summertime so comfortable traveling is a priority.
What would be a dependable car?
What type of sports cars have low maintenance?
What other questions should I be asking?
Any and all suggestions would be helpful.
Thank you !!!

Forget about a Porsche, they are overpriced junk. They are also extremely expensive to maintain. The car I posted below would be perfect for you. The Corvette fits every criteria perfectly. They are dependable, comfortable, and cheap to maintain, with the exception of tires.

Something like this would work too. However, I would go with the Corvette, but I still like these.

2006 or newer Vette (2005's had the 4-speed auto, blah)
BMW M3 / 3-series
Saturn Sky Red Line
Nissan 350Z
Lexus SC430 (Not terribly sporty, but fantastically comfortable and driveable)

I can't imagine blowing 30 grand on a freaking car. I spend 3 on my Miata and love it. Small, fun and great on fuel.

I love my Chevy SSR, Shells.

Fantastic performance and solid dependability plus all the advantages of a Retractable Hardtop without sacrificing trunk space.

Good Luck!
