2010 Lexus GX460

Quote:
On the outside, cosmetic differences over the Toyota-badged model include the Lexus grille, reworked headlights and tail lamps, re-profiled bumpers and the chrome trimming on the side windows and lower door moldings.
Quote:

In the same way, the interior has been upgraded with a more luxurious trim while the instrument panel and center console design are unique to the Lexus model.

The Japanese automaker has not disclosed any information on the new GX460, but as the nomenclature suggests, the 2010 GX will be most likely be powered by Toyota's new 4.6-liter V8 engine that makes 310-horsepower and 327 lb.-ft. of torque in the Tundra pickup. The current generation GX470 features a 4.7-liter V8 with 263HP and 323 lb.-ft. of torque.

The redesigned GX460 is due in U.S. showrooms in early 2010.

2011 Kia VG (Or Cadenza)

Quote:
The VG is set to replace the existing Opirus / Amanti in Korean, North American and European markets - with the exception of Britain as Kia said that it has no plans to import the model in the UK.

Oddly enough, and even though at a first glance it appears that the production model has kept all the distinct features we liked on the concept car, the end result -always judging by these photos- looks far less aggressive when compared to the KND-5.

The 'VG', or Cadenza, or whatever else Kia decides to call it will, most likely have similar dimensions to the concept that measured 194.5-in. (4,945mm) in length, 72.8-in. (1,850mm) in width and 57.9-in. (1,475mm) in height with a wheelbase of 111.8-in (2,845mm).

The mid-size saloon that will sit atop the Optima / Magentis in Kia's lineup will be offered with a choice of two engines, either the Hyundai Group's new 2.4-liter four-cylinder direct-injection petrol engine producing around 200 horsepower or a Lamba V6.

Sales will kick off in Korea before the end of the year and the U.S., Europe and other international markets sometime in the first half of 2010.

It looks too much like a A4 to me.

2011 Cadillac CTS Unveiled - Release Date: Summer 2010

Quote:
While the exterior screams excitement, the coupe's mechanicals are what we've come to expect from the CTS, which ain't a bad thing. The standard engine at launch will be General Motors' direct inject 3.6-liter V6 producing 304 hp and 273 pound-feet of torque. Expect 17 mpg city/26 mpg highway when paired with GM's optional Hydra-Matic 6L50 six-speed automatic and 17/25 with the standard Aisin six-speed manual. Both rear- and all-wheel-drive are available, as are two handling packages: a Performance package with 18-inch wheels and a Summer Tire Performance package with 19-inch wheels, summer tires and larger brakes. Cadillac also confirmed that a V-Series variant will be sold sometime 2010.

2011 5 Series

Quote:
Given that BMW's middle name is Motoren, the heart of any Bimmer must of course reside under the hood. In this case the U.S. version of the F10 5 Series will launch with two turbocharged engines. The 550i sedan gets the same marvelous 400-hp twin-turbocharged, direct-injected reverse flow V8 found in the X6, 750i and 550i Gran Turismo. Below that is a 300-hp turbocharged inline-six in the 535i.

However, the latter engine is not a carryover from the current 535i and 335i. The existing turbocharged inline six-cylinder uses two turbochargers feeding the front and rear halves of the engine and retains a throttle plate. This new engine keeps the same displacement and maximum output of 300 hp and 300 pound-feet, but uses only a single twin-scroll turbocharger and dispenses with the throttle in favor of the Valvetronic variable lift system to manage airflow into the engine. That makes it the first BMW turbo six with the Valvetronic system.

Both engines are paired with the same new 8-speed automatic transmission found in the Gran Turismo and the ActiveHybrid 7. The six-cylinder model is also available with a 6-speed manual gearbox, a unique offering among its competitors in the U.S. market. Later in 2010, BMW will also add a normally aspirated version of the six with 240 hp.

The new 5 Series is set to hit U.S. showrooms in June of 2010.
