Hit list is right. Seems like once a Japanese automaker has a problem the entire line-up becomes "junk."
But GM and Chrysler can do no wrong...recall after bloody recall. It's the typical American mindset.

I doubt it. I don't know many Toyota owners who are planning to buy a GM because of the recent Toyota issues. I know I wouldn't.

Disclaimer: I own a Jeep from the pre-government interference days of Chrysler, but I'm no fan of GM or Chrysler.

I've already shown in another thread that Asian makes have just as many if not more recalls than Domestic makes. Typical Asian car buyer mindset .

It's like a Civil War in the automobile forum.
I like Sushi & Won Ton, you like Pork Chops & Taters. Yet we can co-exist...maybe

Exactly. When Toyota started being built by Americans seems to be when it all started sliding for them. My Honda is proudly built in Japan, I made sure of that before I purchased it. Yep, I'm a comie, but 90% of your belongings are made in China so it would be hypocritical to go any further with "supporting Made in the USA".

You are so tiresome and old with your flagrant fanboy attitude... do you honestly think anyone take's your comments seriously? You just keep jabbering away to hear yourself talk.

He fails to realize that the "American-built" Japanese cars are still designed in Japan.

I avoid that by just buying American cars built in America!

Nevermind. I'll play nice. But I will keep jabbering...and I'll continue to state my opinions on domestics since I spent 10 years with all 4 of mine constantly breaking down. 1st amendment Lux. Remember that.
