Uh we should let the owner of the other car decide that.

Hey, Vinnie, somebody scratched the bumper on my Lincoln. Find out who did it, and let me know where they live, will ya?

People who hit other peoples cars and run off aren't worth giving advice to. Only thing that saddens me here is that I don't know who he/she hit and how to let them know where to send the bill.

I had to get to work in 15 minutes, I had no pen or a sticky note or any sort of paper. What else would you expect me to do???? This happened in a large, crowded parking lot and surprisingly, no one witnessed it or gave me any "looks" because no one/no cars was around me when it happened. So what else should I have done but just take off???? I had no choice.

If it had been a person rather than an object, would you still say there was no choice? Yeah, right.

call work and tell them you have some responsbilities to own up to, then wait.

What if the situation was reversed? How would you have felt discovering that someone had hit YOUR car and taken off?

Very easy, go get a pen and leave your information. It really is not that hard.

OMG what a self centered ass. What else should you have done? ARE YOU SERIOUS? If you honestly don't know the answer to that question, then nothing that can be said on an online forum can help you until you grow up and learn to take responsibility for your actions.
