So I got a flat tire and my air pressure light went on... replace the tire... drove him and notice that it was still on... it is a toyota sienna... is it suppose to stay on? or are my tires still "flat" somewhere else? or am I suppose to "reset" it? Anyone know?
you likely just need to reset the sensor. check your manual. in my 09 Scion xB, the button is on the plastic panel beneath the steering column kinda in the back (out of sight unless you're on the floor facing up).
It is possible the spare doesn't have the tire pressure sensor at all.
The light would stay on to remind you to get the normal tire repaired.
The two Hondas in my family with TPMS have no reset function. When tire pressure is within the correct range the light will go off. It may take a mile of driving before the light goes off.

This happened with me in my Toyota Highlander. Get your manual out and reset it. You can also just manually check the tires with a gage to confirm.
I thought that teh speares did not have a sensor ;so teh light stays on until the tire is fixed that has the sensor. Loomin your manual.Likely it was the Frod suits that beought on the warning lights and I even see more and more polaces will not fix a flat tire . Last i knew wal-mart replaced flat tires that had their hazard policy instead of fixing them. All libility issure really.
^ no sir....it is a Hyundai Elantra. i have read if it malfunctions it has a "reset," too. i think maybe it has to be done at the dealer? gotta check the owners manual or check online for details
if its a dealer trip...the car can wait. this car is never seeing the dealer except for necessary warranty work. maybe an oil change. but i doubt it. transmission service, yeah
but there it is...the little yellow light informing me one or all of my tires are under inflated. i can't be bothered tbh

Yeah, I hear ya...it's irritating.
My sports car actually tells me the tire pressure in each tire to go along with the warning light. I have a SUPER slow leak in my right front tire so it's handy to know which one. I'm getting new tires this summer so that will fix that situation.
