Never been a Vette fan. Glad to see the Porsche take the trophy even if only by a few milliseconds

Well this is either very biased or the Vette had an awful driver in it.
The ZR1 makes 0-100 mph in 7.0 seconds, how did that driver manage to be 1.5 secs off that?
I've never heard of a stock GT2 or a GT3 for that matter make better than 8.0 secs at 0-100.
Seems like good ole fashioned European favoritism to me.

Both great cars but I would pick the Porsche any day of the week.

is the GT2 not AWD? if it is it would hook up better than the vette
the problem with the vette is putting all 638 ponies to the ground without spining the tires you have to be one hell of a good driver to do that but man I want a ZR-1

exactly.. I guarantee with a drag race experienced driver the ZR1 will walk away from the GT2. Did you see the way he left in the Vettte? Lousy launch.. besides the GT2 is about double the price of the corvette.. what do you expect??

Me too, if I'm spending my own money. If I'm spending someone else's, that's another story.
