There were several cars behind us. All of this happened in matter of seconds.

Once you determine it can go bad in an instant things slow down and you get tunnel vision...You focus on the threat untill it's over...Getting a plate # is next to impossible in that case...

Exactly. My main focus and thoughts in those exciting seconds were thinking if this guy was gonna come at me and if I would shoot him in the chest or the head and what will be the aftermath.
I laugh about it now but it is not funny at all.

Very scary! And this,purely from a woman's point of view....but why get out of the car at all? Why confront him? He got out of his car ...I would have just driven away...he's in my way..then I run his a$$ over.
