That's a tough one. There are people who know, but usually you won't hear any leaked info until right at the end of the month. The incentive plans are pretty closely guarded to avoid hurting current month sales while people wait for different incentive packages.
Even salesmen on the floor at dealerships don't know until the beginning of the month when the details are released. The GM's and managers may know a couple days before that, but the dealers can face stiff penalties for leaking the information.
If you are trying to rebate shop, you may have a tough time. A lot of the manufacturers are doing away with the big cash rebates and most incentives now are tied to things like free upgrades or accessories. The most you will generally see now is financing rebates.

What kind of car are you looking at?
Thanks! I'm the same one you answered before, about the Flex or Traverse. I can see that there are rebates and incentives for both right now, through the end of the month. We'll probably buy a car within that time frame, but since we're coming from overseas, things can always get delayed, which is why I asked.
No one really knows, the manufacturers don't release the info until almost the end of the month (like the last day, sometimes even a couple days in to the new month(.
They will not annoce them until closer to april if they have any then. As it gets cl;aoer to summer they likely to hold offf until then for end of year.Even then they may have dealer incentive that allow dealers to bargain more that are not advertised.
