Its also flaggable cause he lists no price...Make me an offer is against terms of use...It IS kinda funny though...

I might be missing something obvious, but I'm not seeing what is so funny about the ad. As Gimme said, it's most likely up on a forklift. The "make me an offer" line is standard fare. It may be against the terms of craigslist, but about 1/3 of all the ads say that very thing.
