What is your favorite cargo company. I found really strange that here in Brazil most consulates used DHL( including the US embassy). Thought they would use an american courrier.

Well, it's not aviation related, but UPS, since because of where I am on their route, FedEx always delivers around 12pm-1pm, when nobody is home, so I always have to have the package rerouted to a FedEx office and go pick it up.

I also used to work for UPS, doing weight and balance calculations on the aircraft.

I do like the livery that TNT has though. Several years ago a TNT aircraft came to our airport with a bomb thread made against it, which I thought was kinda funny.

we receive ups and fedex almost daily, and i like them both. for shipping out, we use ups and usps.

tracking a package on your phone is a great customer service.

"back in the day" we would fly to memphis, rent a car, go to the end of the runway (outside the fence, of course) and watch the fexex planes come in at night. it was really entertaining. now, we have grown up (and would end up on the no fly list for sitting at the end of the runway) and go to the top of one of the hotels downtown and watch them come in. still entertaining.

we did the same thing at love field in the 80's, when all the oil money and private jets were flying out of love. solid executive jets, one after the other. last time i flew into love, i noticed that little park at the end of the runway was still there. good memories!

I used to do that at DTW too. I didn't see Fedex or UPS or DHL often while there though. The one time I was there late at night, the County Sheriff ran me off.
