I pulled the list off this article

Frankly, it seemed a little strange to me as well that Paris wasn't on the list, but I had no other data to check against. When I go to ACI website they only have lists back to the year 2000.

One reason why Asian Airports are giving such huge numbers of passengers is that they operate 24x7. There are flights operating all night. For Airports like Delhi, Bombay, Beijing many internatinal flights arrive or depart at 1 AM 2 AM like timings. Airports like Dubai, Abu Dhabi has non-stop flights all night.
These Airports are able to get more international passenger traffic at night-time and Domestic passenger traffic in day-time.
European/American Airports are losing passenger traffic due to night-time ban or reduced flight traffic.

More than the noise ban, airlines are reluctant to use strange takeoff and landing times. San Diego airport had a noise ban against taking off (between 11:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.), but there was no ban on landings. Still most airlines only landed at night if they were running late.

In Mexico even if there was a similar ban, a jet would take off at 11:25 from Tijuana and land in Mexico City three hours later in the middle of the night.

I can understand the business sense of night-time for Passenger flights. But what about effect on Cargo airplanes due to Noise-Ban ??
I suppose Fedex or UPS airplanes are landing at nighttime in Memphis / Atlanta airports or they are also banned ??
