There is no way I could ever be enticed to sit in a middle seat. You can have your lottery. Well OK, if they were giving away a blonde supermodel with each middle seat, I might consider it.

I am small butt guy.
I'd take a the middle seat.
I am also a passenger who is aggressive in taking what I think is my personal space and my access to the aisle. I guarantee you, that I can inconvenience you as much you inconvenience me.

Just make the middle seat cheaper and some will take it. But what airlines would do would be to charge a premium for a Aisle or window seat

Quite a few airlines already do that. They also charge a premium to sit in the exit row or a bulkhead seat (if they even allow people who have no status with the airline to sit there).
