We used to live in Baltimore but had to keep moving and moving each time the neighborhoods got worse and crime increased. Finally we moved out of Maryland and are VERY happy. I would tell anyone do not move to Baltimore. Just like living in Detroit. HELL

I'm from new mexico but i've been to Baltimore many times… It's one of my favorite towns. It's not perfect and it has a lot of problems, but what cities don't have problems? I'd live there if given the opportunity.

LOL.....Detroit makes Bmore/DC look like a outdoor picnic with Mr Rogers as the host. You can not be serious? Detroit wishes it had the ecnomic/tourist activity that Bmore has.....yes their is crime in bmore due to it being a hub for drugs but in no way is it rampant and encompassing as detroit.

I understand that you had a number of negative experiences, but I don't get the point of this post. Are you encouraging people to just give up moving to Baltimore? This is a ridiculous post, as Baltimore is a great town with many vibrant neighborhoods.

It has been said a lot lately. I'll compare Baltimore more to Chicago.
To be honest it is not 100% of the city that is dangerous(maybe 90%-95%), there are areas when you have to
RUN!

Baltimore VERY Dangerous. Do NOT live there

I believe this is exactly why the .41 Mag revolver was invented.
