It seem like that area is more poor than ghetto? I've seen ghetto in PG County. These are usually people who have some money (middle class or starting to get there), than people who are down and out?

Middle class people in PG county may act ghetto, but it is little more than an act, and even there you can see the difference between "middle class ghetto" and truly poverty stricken ghetto.

There are "more poor than ghetto" neighborhoods AND then there "poor and ghetto" neighborhoods....The City has a nice collection of each since just because a neighborhood is poor it may not necessarily be a ghetto
