I would say just keep speaking and writing and accept corrections with a pleasant smile. Practice makes perfect. The more you speak English and listen to others, the better you will become.

good is an adjective and modifies a noun; well is an adverb and modifies a verb, speak in this case.

If you had taken grammar from the good nuns at St. Elizabeth's in east Baltimore, they would have rapped your knuckles for such language.

you can take English courses - ESL or business English at UMBC for a couple hundred dollars

You should consider posting fliers around area college campuses. Students should be qualified to tutor you in English, and probably will not cost as much as a professional tutor or formal course.

There is also Craigslist, which may be a better forum to find a tutor.
