I have been this new building many times and I have not spent a second looking at it.

When it's cool to chilly at night when most of the trouble makers bail because it's to cold go over to Fells Point and sit by the water just past Wolf Street at the end of Thames Street. Very pretty at night. And quite.

Thank you! I took it from the balcony of Barnes and Noble. Yours are excellent as well. I'm surprised at how much the new building adds to the skyline. If only we could get a few more....
