Well, Travel and Leisure Magazine who recently slammed Baltimore as having very poorly dressed citizens (I kind of agree---oops) just recognized Charles Village as America's ninth nicest neighborhood. ( I definitely agree). Sometimes, with all of the bad news floating around, we forget that we truely have some jewels among us. Anyway, the full article:

Default Now answer this

Could it be that Charles Villagers dress better than other Baltimorons?

It really didn't say nicest; it said most beautiful. But, I won't argue that fine point. I get the idea. Oh and by the way, Brooklyn Heights, NY was number 2.

The only reason there seems to be so much bad news floating around is because there's one or two bad apples in this city, and unfortunately they have a keyboard and multiple C-D accounts and have nothing else to do with their time than to troll the internet. Outside of C-D, in real life in Baltimore, there isn't the bad news you see in real life anywhere near the degree you read on C-D. We have the trolls to thank for that. Thank goodness our city isn't in real life as the trolls portray it to be. That makes me love the city even more, because it could be so much worse. It could be like the trolls say it is. Thank god it's not.
