Hi,
I recently got accepted into Umaryland Baltimore for this upcoming spring so i will be relocating to Baltimore in Jan
I currently live in ATL ( im transferring from Ga State) and i know baltimore/MD will be a big change compared to living in ATL/GA. Every time i ask people about baltimore i get the typical "Oh gosh no it sucks blahblahblah theres nothing to do up there you shouldve applied to a school in washington DC instead blahblah its extremley dangerous etc. etc."
so i'd like to get opinions on living there from people tht actually live there. Also, how is the crowd and the nightlife?I just turned 20 years old so since im young night life is kind of an important aspect for me.

thanks in advance!

There is a ton to do in Baltimore, practically a bar on every corner. Try to meet some friends at your school, Towson, or Loyola and you should have a lot of fun.

I believe Atlanta was recently rated more dangerous than bmore. If you have street sense you'll be fine.

You'll love Baltimore. Lots and lots to do for a 20 y.o. I recommend living in the city vs the county.

I moved down to Atlanta a year ago and I went to college in Baltimore, so I did the reverse. lol. Baltimore is a great college town. Lots of colleges that throw parties. Plus DC/Philly and nyc are every area in bwtn is just a day trip away. Life gets better after 21, however
