Is it lauraville or more like the boston street area? Just wondering how the area of baltimore is like when closer to Dundalk. Is it industrial?

Along the waterfront, yes, it's industrial although that is changing. The closest neighborhoods to Dundalk I would think would be O'Donnell Heights and Graceland Park.

Isn't part of Dundalk actually within the city limits?

Default Yes

St. Helena. St. Helena experienced a huge speculative runup in house prices during the go-go yaars. It is near water but not at water. In fact I think it is at least partially separated by a tunnel ramp from the water.

Mostly rowhouse. Seems that most need lots of work.
