Bmore fans have some of those elements but overall, they don't seem to be as aggressive and are a little more civilized when it comes to being vocal sports fans.

Someone once told me most of the serial killers in the US can be found, or have been caught in Portland, Oregon?!! Lol!

I really don't know what the difference in people are in these two cities but I know two things. Philly is more diverse than Bmore and people stop their car and let you cross more so in Philly than Bmore.
