Are there any safe (very safe) parts of Baltimore that you could raise a family, that is also affordable (like 1500 for a 2 bedroom)? If not is there anywhere 15-25 mins away from Baltimore?

This is at least the 5th (maybe 10th?) thread that you have started to ask the same basic Q.
You might ask a mod to condense them all into one... and then review them for useful info.

On that point, of what you have been told... what suits? what doesn't? why?
And what *else* are you looking to hear or find?

I think people have given you their best suggestions if you read back over the answers. I also think your emphasis on absolute safety has discouraged further responses, as nobody will want to take the responsibility for assuring you somewhere is safe. There is no totally safe neighborhood in the Baltimore area. The apartment you found in North Laurel was safe enough that you would be unlikely to be assaulted in the parking lot. It think that's as good as it gets.

Asking multiple times also made me not want to post suggestions.

I don't know what people suggested in the other threads so this might be broad info you already know, but yes there are places within 25 minutes of the city that are plenty safe enough for normal, good family life. I grew up in Severna Park which is a great area and is 10 mins from Annapolis and 20-25 mins outside of Baltimore. There are also plenty of other fine areas in the area (northern Anne Arundel county) such as parts of Millersville and most of Pasadena among others that could be considered "very safe" and nice areas.

There's also Towson, Ellicott City, and Columbia...as well as plenty of other smaller areas that should be acceptable

Chiming in with the rest of the chorus.

I suggested Columbia in Howard County. Did you bother to do research into Columbia? Is there a reason why Columbia doesn't meet your needs?

There are seemingly endless information on the net courtesy of google. It's not difficult. Persisting in asking the same question despite receiving scores of recommendations doesn't help us either.
