Megabus would be my choice. Picks up in Whitemarsh and crazy cheap when you plan ahead.

Welcome to megabus

The most convenient way from BAL to PHL is via Amtrak. You can get rates as low as $35one-way. Penn Station to 30t St Station is just little over an hour. Yes, MegaBus goes from White Marsh to Philly, but you'll still need to figure out transportation from Baltimore into White Marsh. Total trip will probably be close to 3hours. Another option is Greyhound, though this route is much more unreliable. The Greyhound stop is in Center City Philly, near Chinatown/convention center. The trip can start from 2.5hrs to who knows how long depending on delays/traffic (greyhound is notorious for delays esp baltimore - philly).

*That's too long.. You can catch AMTRAK Excelera and get to 30th Street Station in 50-55 minutes depending on stops on the way up.

It doesn't exist.

There are the obvious ways to TRAVEL to/from...
and if the need is a 2X per month meeting or similar then you'll be fine.

But if the need is for any sort of long term every day 2X a day thing?
Then you need to MOVE.
