We plan on attending Saturday; the kids are interested in the science fiction and the comic book stuff; I want to see the crime writers.

Dg,

Everyone knows you're a self-made multi-millionaire. Stop lying to us.

Self made yes, millionaire no.

The Book festival was fun! Great music, saw my boys Old Man Brown, had some good eats, got a bunch of books. I really wanted to see the Saturday 1:30 PM crime writer's panel, but I only caught the last 3rd of it. There were 4 people on it, a crime reporter and 2 retired BPD detectives, very interesting. Last question was on the current efforts at gun control; one cop and the reporter answered that gun control just hurts the law abiding not the criminals; the audience was quiet after that.

It was cool, could have been better. How come C-Span's Book Tv didn't cover it this year??! Speaking of crime novel, I met a writer from Dallas, TX was a forensic anthropologist who wrote a novel.
