What a cute little place. I did not see the price. I am certainly willing to move out if I can find something affordable and close to amenities. Thank you.

I would prefer to rent a private home, if possible. I am thinking of Mount Washington. Any suggestions?

It is. My dentist is over there. I believe those apartments are condos. I am looking for a rental.

I agree with Infinite_heights77, Cross Keys sounds just up your alley as far as being more mature and in your price range. Owners often rent out their condos, so you should look into this.

I will. I just got a notice that the rent will be increased to $1358 when the lease ends. That really sucks.

It rents for $2000 per month and it is huge.

Is anyone familiar with Falls Village in Mount Washington? The rent is reasonable.

I'm in your age bracket and live in Remington. You could get a row house for the price you are paying. This one is around the corner from me:

Do you mind sharing what you pay in utilities?

crosskeys is VERY nice. I've always thought of that as a wealthy neighborhood. It's not city life and the houses are all beautiful custom jobs. I haven't been in there in 15 years but I imagine it's still for the wealthy. I don't think $1325 could rent out a garage there.
