I am looking for places where I can go to eat healthy food. The chinese restaurant near me offers steamed rice and chicken with shrimp. Are there other places that offer similar foods with little salt and sugar? I live in Mount Vernon and I am close to Charles Village and Inner Harbor.

Soups On and the adjacent health food store in Mount Vernon may appeal to you.

The salads and cold sandwiches look good. I need to explore and find this place. The prices aren't too bad on my budget.

I have been patronizing the OK Natural Foods store on West Preston Street for a number of years and highly recommend it. Also, try Red Emmas on North Avenue. It is vegan/vegetarian.

Nalley is really a weekday lunch thing; also be prepared to stand in a long line if you show up at 12.
