Let's say I have a lunch meeting (on weekdays) in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Assuming I'm willing to do some walking, where are some of the cheaper lots (under 10 dollars for 2 hrs).

Obviously, I would do street parking if it happens to come up but I'm not gonna bank my strategy on finding a spot.

You could try the Little Italy parking garage, 400 S. Central Ave.

Hit a meter if you are lucky....

If I can't find a meter I just park at Pier Five because it's across from Miss Shirley's (the only reason I would be at the Inner Harbor during the day!)

There is a small deck on Saratoga between Charles and Cathedral. Price $7-$9 a day (IIRC), depending on when you enter.
