We're moving from a 1BR near Hampden to an apartment in Mount Vernon. We're not minimalists by any means, but we haven't accumulated a ton of stuff. Mike's Moving and Storage caught my eye since they have great reviews on Yelp, but they charge $220/hour for four guys. They will also provide boxes and pack everything up (and yes, I realize this will cost us). Has anyone used these guys?

Any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

If you have the time, I think it would make more sense to pack most of your things yourself. If you have a car, you could move the boxes, and just use the movers to move the furniture. A "Two Guys and a Truck" should be adequate.

I think you should look for somebody cheaper. And do not ask for four movers because they might come with two trucks,
Ask for three or even two movers.

And I think 220 per hr is too much even if they bring boxes  and packing supplies.

Even Two Men and Truck should be cheaper.
I recently moved with company Adi Moving and storage they are national movers. You can ask them for a quote . They gave me $105 for three movers and total bill came to $750 including the boxes wrapping and moving. That was awesome. Also you can try JK Moving they are also national movers.
Well you should ask some more companies for a quote.
Here is some links in my area:
Movers you can TRUST - National Wide Moving LLC
Braun Moving
JK Moving Services | International, Residential & Commercial Movers | Storage & Relocation Company
HugeDomains.com - AmericanRelocation.com is for sale (American Relocation)
www.rollsvanlines.com

May be they can do a little cheaper.
Cuz $220 per hour and you will need at list 5-6 hrs that would be over $1000

Well good luck with your move
