I might wanna contribute something but I have no idea of what to discuss. Not trying to deal with people's "oh, you're wrong" & "that can't be true" responses again (I posted under another username when I 1st signed up here).

Happens in real life too with those that aren't fellow black women. Sistas are low on the totem pole AND I gotta deal with people telling me that I'm intentionally spreading falsehoods for discussing REAL LIFE events that happened to me in Baltimore City.

I just CAN'T win!

I had a simple question, seeking opinions on two neighborhoods in Baltimore City. Where the heck are the RE Agents? I knew something must be rotten, when a row house that can be purchased for 45K, has an annual tax bill of 3K. The O's are in the playoffs. I figured there would be some folks, who are bullish on investing in Baltimore. Is it hopeless?

Look in 21215 neighborhood you can find some nice homes for investment under $100k
