You have a Baltimore complex and you haven't learn to love your city I think you are from the burbs. Most people from Baltimore love their city no matter what others think. I believe Baltimore is on a come up gradually.

Naw, why LOVE a City that doesn't LOVE or even RESPECTS itself?!! I lived in 19 different neighborhoods in and around Baltimore. I lived out in the Maryland counties as well, so I know what I speak of when discussing Baltimore City.
It's a Bull$**** of a city, with a BS ignorant population! They could
nuke it off the East Coast and I wouldn't care less!
