Never been to prime rib, but back when I lived in Baltimore, I used to love to go to Brewer's Art. It's such a unique place. It feels really "fancy", plus there is really cool "art" inside. In addition to the dining area, they also have an area with couches (kind of a lounge area) where the art work is displayed. There is a bar downstairs too where they play music, if you want to transition there after dinner. They also have a lot of their own home-special beers and good food. A unique place that I loved to go to for a night out when I was in Baltimore.

Prime Rib is very expensive!! Brewers Art sit down restaurant in the back is very fancy and more of a selection, very good food. Plus there's bar food and great beer in the front and a club in the basement. I would do Brewers Art. Have fun. But didn't you stop red meat?

The Prime Rib is excellent, a 4 star steakhouse with the price to match. Its wonderful if you like steakhouses like Mortons, Ruth Chris etc, if this is what you are looking for.

Brewers Art is also very good, less formal than Prime Rib et al above.

Hope you guys enjoy your dinner! Be careful in the snow!

It's restaurant week in Baltimore City, so I've already calculated the expenses plus some.

If you want good food at a good price, then the two of you can get a standing table at Lexington Market. You can get all the seafood you want and she can get all the red meat she wants. You'll have variety and the smooth, quiet and romantic ambience of THE Baltimore spot!
