The Last Stop (Club in Baltimore now closed).

Does anyone remember the address or cross streets of a seedy "off the grid" club from the 80s and 90s called "The Last Stop"?

I am told it was a gay club but kind of marched to its own drum. Just trying to find a picture or at the least an address or the cross streets.

If you can help it would be appreciated.

Thanks
Leon

In my search for the exact location and image of "The Last Stop" club I was recently sent this clue: The Club was on Madison Ave below MLK.

"It (The Last Stop) was a predecessor of the Childrens Place that was in the same block across the street" Just hoping that one of the many knowledgeable people on this site can shed a little light on where on Madison he might be referring to? Maybe you remember something else on that block in the late 80's early 90's?

Below are two pictures of buildings on Madison Ave below MLK. The First image is what is now on the right side when you enter Madison Ave from MLK, the second two are on the left side

Those pictures posted above are incorrect as I "apparently" should have been on the other side of the street.

It was directly behind the Arena Players Theatre

Not familiar with all the specifically gay Baltimore nightclubs of the era, but I was pretty well into the seedy underground local scene of the late eighties/early nineties, and went nearly everywhere gay, straight, or other and I don't remember ever hearing of a club by that name.
