If you think of Baltimore City as a laboratory instead of a
community then some of your current outrage will be tempered
with understanding. It seems that some of the experiments
have been successful and are producing desired results.

You can also think of it as a Sims game for real estate developers.
The name of the software is so rude and racist it cannot be
repeated in polite company.

PG County is NOT as progressive as you may think. It's Baltimore's version of the good ole boy. DC trash moved to PG County yet I'm still surprised that DCs ghettos are still alive and well surrounded by gentrified former crack houses going for a quarter million. I think the ones that can still afford DC are still on lifetime vouchers.

The Police spokesperson's brother was just murdered (targeted). The judges pretty much give their kids (aka the criminals) light sentences. The judge system and jury system is made up of black centricists.

This doesn't describe majority of the county....What can you say about the folks that dont fit that description.

DC's ghettos won't be alive much longer. Developers in DC are building on every inch of land they can find. Every ghetto hood in DC has a bulldozer with its name on it.

Where will all the trash go? Probably parts of PG and Baltimore county. But no need to worry Baltimore. Urban living is "hip" now and its driving up prices and boosting development in just about every city in the U.S. Professional people priced out of DC will head to Baltimore. Soon enough, ghettos will be strictly found in the suburbs. Similar to how Compton in California came to be around the 80's and 90's. Only that will be the norm everywhere.
