The difference between liberal cities like Portland, Denver, Boston, Madison is a low % of African American residents while Baltimore is a 63% minority-majority city.

I asked that person what he or she thought an appropriate solution would be if said person says race is a problem. Rattling off jingles like "you don't know me", etc. is an invalid argument. No **** I don't know you, just enough, pertaining to what's being discussed. We have prisons to put criminals in, of every race. And my response was to someone who accused me of wanting Blacks to leave Baltimore. I never said that. I was wondering if there are some on this thread who want Blacks gone from Baltimore.
