So it's a fallacy to state that the highest % of minorities entered the middle class pursuant to RR's policies vis-à-vis those of any other President?

As opposed to LBJ's policy: "Y'all don't need to chase your baby's daddies; guvmint will take care of you."

And the black and white single-parent households tripled since 1965. LBJ bragged to a reporter while taking a dump, "I'll have them _______ voting democrat for 200 years."

Uh, people have the right to complain about their leaders who are paid by the people's taxes, comrade.

"Volunteer" and "get involved" are nice 1960s buzzwords and are valuable in certain applications, like helping the sick, working with disabled veterans, animal shelters, etc., but have had zero effect on the problems of the big cities.

I never said people don't have the right to complain; I simply stated that incessant complaining is ineffective, compatriot.

If you don't think there are sick (mentally and physically) and disabled (veterans or otherwise) who contribute heavily to problems in big cities, then you just aren't paying attention.

I don't think that the folks here are complaining about physically or mentally disabled people, even though a small % of the feral thugs are mentally ill.

What should the complainers do .... go out and hug a thug?

Go F your self you are everything that's wrong with Baltimore
Oh wow your racism is really showing...

Your cold attitude towards your fellow human being (they are people not animals) and lack of empathy is what is wrong with this country.

Or maybe just stop spending your remaining days on Earth desperately trying to reinforce racial stereotypes?

Doesn't quite respond to the question as to how Joe Average should "get involved" and "volunteer."

Voting he Baltimore politicians out of office is easiest route. Best to vote Republican if you want lower crime, but either way Baltimore residents need to kick the current politicians out.

There’s no logic to this. Many of the safest, largest cities in the US are run by Democrats or Independents.

I'm suggesting that not being part of the problem is a great first step. Addition by subtraction.
