Although had that been a white cop chasing a black suspect, it would turn into a scrutiny which is why white cops don't ever do such things. And for that female cop who refused to do her job, I would guess she's another one of those cops who just wants to stay in the job for 20 years, get their pension, and do us all a disservice. The city doesnt even have a police comissioner because the democrat mayor wont pick one. She is trying to find one really easy on criminals.
