It even made YouTube. Great publicity for the area, right?

Something similar happened in Towson a few years ago and they initiated the must be accompanied by an adult rule and it changed everything. On that night it was outside of the mall on Joppa Road.

Eastpoint is a totally different environment. It has never been much of anything, but a lot of this nonsense has come out of the city.

What's really sad, and has to be frustrating to much of the black community is it's a very small percentage of people behaving this way. No roll models, and zero leadership.

I worked with a guy that lives in Dundalk and the community was building fence to try and keep people out. Black people out that is

Most of Essex is a hell hole.

Building such a fence would be like closing the barn door after the horse got out.

Not trying to be funny but I didn't realize people still went to Eastpoint Mall. That and Security Square seem to be just holding on when compared to Townson, White Marsh, and the Arundel Mills.. Mondawmin is in a class all by itself and seems to vacillate between urban success story and or urban decline depending on the point in time...Its unfortunate but this is why many business don't want to cater to teens.. Its usually only a few bad actors that give Oscar level performances edged on by their peers....

Default Recent Fights at the Harbor

https://www.google.com/amp/s/baltimo...or-fights/amp/

It points to there needing to be more options for teens in their neighborhoods in Baltimore. I just came across this news clip of many fights at the harbor. When I lived in Baltimore, this was beginning to become common. It seems like teens don’t have anything to do in their neighborhoods, so they come to the harbor and malls. Nothing wrong with that, but when it ends up in violence, it becomes an issue. I remember reading the story about the family of tourists from New Jersey that were beat down at the harbor by a group of teens. It is always a large group of unsupervised teens in these incidents.

The teens I saw fighting looked to be closer to 20 yrs old.
Not exactly young teens.
