Yeah, they do need to get a lid on teenagers running a muck but it's a small number. 9 people were shot over the weekend in a city of over 600,000....
We would go on field trips when i was in school in the late 70's, and my mother worked at the first national bank building in the early 80's. We went down there numerous times back then.
You would be less safe in woodlawn than the harbor any day.
i am glad to hear that the inner harbor still has frequent visitors. It would be a shame to loose thisb asset.

Ok, I know Baltimore is worst than ever before but what period are you referring to. Without looking at any stats I remember Baltimore to have murder rates in the high 30's 40's probably going back to the days of Edgar Allen Poe!

I would imagine baltimore only ever had “low crime in maybe the 1940s-early 1960s . Which, needless to say is an aberration.
