Baltimore democrat politicians have done nothing to clean up the trash filling city streets.
It's common to see young people just throwing their bottles and plastic cups on the street when they are done rather than using trash cans. Nobody is help accountable in these cases. In too many areas there are not enough trash cans also. It;s a dirty city in places that it could be nicer but will only get dirtier.

Yep, see how it all ties together on CDF.........

Again, the Username is...
Let me explain, since you seem not to understand, the ACA case was dismissed largely because of lack of standing. You know, “standing”, what I was discussing in the OP.

....also, speaking of frivolous waste of taxpayer money, yet another Frosh slap down on the emoluments case he was pursuing with DC AG.

“A Fourth Circuit three-judge panel chided U.S. District Court Judge Peter J. Messitte for previously allowing the case to move forward and said the lawsuit “readily provokes the question of whether this action against the President is an appropriate use of the courts, which were created to resolve real cases and controversies.””

Of course, just to be sure to keep wasting money and pursue their personal agendas, Frosh et. al. will appeal.

Could Baltimore be any more confused? Seriously. The City is a cesspool of epic proportions and they choose to spend taxpayer money on a climate change lawsuit? Unbelievable. And to think that there are actually a few decent people in Baltimore who defend that sh*thole to the death. (And here on this forum, too).

You may want to reread the article or even better, read the Complaint. https://law.baltimorecity.gov/sites/...0Complaint.pdf
BS up one side and down the other. He's getting paid to pursue an agenda and he has people to answer to. He's simply doing what he's told to do by people who won't take anything less than a "yes sir!"

PS....did you forget that MD AG Brian Frosh and DC AG Karl Racine just got shutdown by the 4th Circuit on their emoluments lawsuit against Trump? Presumably they, too, were smart enough to know whether they had "standing," right? LMAO

NEWSFLASH: They don't have standing.

That's all you've got? I'll take that as your concession.

It doesn't matter though because Baltimore is a city that is doomed. Too many criminals are ruining the city and the decent folk are afraid to visit the harbor anyhow.
Baltimore is so dangerous at this point, I wouldn't even blame a specific political party. Plenty of other highly democratic cities are perfectly safe to visit and traverse without a constant fear of being killed by a flash mob.
