It’s no secret that the city of Baltimore, Maryland is in the middle of a violent crime crisis and has been for several years now. 2019 saw a new record in the per capita murder rate and 2020 isn’t starting off any better, with the city averaging more than one murder per day. Governor Larry Hogan has promised to do something about it and this month he unveiled a new crime bill that would finally toughen up penalties for gun crimes and close the revolving door of gang members parading in and out of jail.

So what have the Democrats in the legislature done about it? They’re preparing to shoot it down, of course. And the interim mayor of Charm City is backing them up.

So, once again the Democrats protect violent criminals and the people of Baltimore will pay the price. The city electorate will never learn though. Glad I left.

The Baltimore democrats have been letting criminals stay in charge of Baltimore.
Baltimore has the lowest incarceration rate in it's history today in 2020 while crime is increasing!

Repeat violent offenders are not kept off the streets and illegal immigrants are getting into the crime scene.

The anti Hogan crime bills trifecta:

1. Maryland State Democratic legislature.

2. Baltimore Mayor Jack Young.

3. Baltimore City States Attorney Marilyn Mosby https://www.wbal.com/article/437437/...imum-sentences

Gov. Hogan was on C4's show last week. He indicated besides #1 & #2 above he also had tried to arrange a meeting with the Baltimore Judges. This was also a "no" go.

Maybe. But it's the cleanest city in the country, at least measured by the amount of bird poop residue stuck to windshields.

Do you have something relevant or coherent to say? The facts are 1) crime is out of control in Baltimore, 2) Hogan has proposed bills to address the crisis, and 3) the Democrats you vote for aren't interested in doing one single thing to address the crisis.

Try again.
