My son lives in Baltimore and works at Underarmour, he is thinking about getting a starter home. Looking for advice on safe, stable neighborhood for him to look at. Thanks very much

What else does he do in Baltimore? Where do his friends live? And so forth.
I'd suggest that until he can answer the questions you pose, with answers based in his own time in place,
doing, seeing that he shouldn't be buying (anywhere). Stick with rentals and maybe even at the housemate level.

If he is working at the Fort Smallwood Rd location(that's actually the only one I am aware of), he should look in the Pasadena area rather than Baltimore.

My god those warehouses are like a zoo with wild beasts.

I assume it's a professional job.

Yes he's a designer, so whatever office that is (I guess I should have asked him)

Maybe they chilled it out a bit but I was down there to look for a job at Head 14 years ago. The main boss was a monster (Older, heavy set white collar office, and was white) and I was thinking to myself who would want to work for you dicks!

I drove by the Under Armour Facilities and the people were coming out of the building looked like a group of afro escapees.

That's the toilet that is south east Baltimore. Curtis Bay. DUMP!

I am always uncomfortable with the sort of inquiry where a mother is asking about a safe neighborhood for a child. They may have totally different goals: the son wanting a rowhouse in Federal Hill, and the mother thinking a ranch house in Pasadena.
