Yet another in the endless series of articles from the Sun bemoaning the perpetual oppression that black people suffer in today's America. Because black people are not represented at the BSO in proportion to their share of the overall population, the only possible explanation must be that white people are racist.

Still waiting for a hard-hitting expose on how white people are underrepresented in the NBA and NFL.

Very few black instrumentalists or singers are in U.S. military bands, either.

And the last time I checked, 97% of train operators on the D.C. Metrorail were black men. Virtually no other ethnicity, nor women. Even Metro's landscapers and construction workers are about 90% black.

Yeah I've picked up on the Sun trying to stir the pot as of late too. I remember when the Sun had the largest circulation in the state. Now they're readership/subscribers on the other side of 695 must almost be nonexistent at this point.

There was a time when the Baltimore Sun was a well respected paper nationally. Much more so than the Washington Post. The Post was an also-ran way behind the Sun until Watergate.

Now it's mostly waste basket liner.
