Mosby stopped prosecuting marijuana cases over two years ago and they were going back 10 years to wipe clean those charged off their records. I read nothing at the time that wasn't anything but a permanent policy.
I did not hear about the prostitution until a couple of days ago.

Obviously I agree with the move. Such a waste of time and money for the city. Give grown adults who want to partake in a relatively harmless product that choice and the freedom to do so.
