What's going on in Seaton Hill?

As I plan my return to Baltimore, I kinda think one of those tiny houses might suit me quite well.

Besides, I was one of the people who haunted No Fish Today-I know the area well.

Close to the rail and the subway, close to the wonders of Lexington Market and the refurbished downtown(not to mention the Harbor).

Not houses for families, far too small, but just right for a lonely old duffer like me.

Default Get in on it

This area may be the place to be once the redevelopment of the State Center gets underway.

The new State Center development will include:
 • 1.5 million square feet of commercial office space;
 • 250,000 square feet of retail space; and
 • 1,000 housing units where 20 to 30 percent of those units will be workforce affordable housing.
May be now is a good time to "GET IN ON IT"
