I was walking to Penn Station in the wee hours of the morning to catch the MARC... I noticed an army of scantly clad ladies marching out of Penn Station restroom area.. As I got ready to pass them and begun to hear their banter.. I couldnt help but notice the debth of their voices and their manly features...so, If you are in that area looking for a good time... let the real estate proverb 'Buyer Beware' be your guide... Because down there.. "Life is like a box of chocolates.. you never know what you are going to get"

I've seen the "ladies" from Penn Station up to 25th in the wee hours. Seem pretty harmless though.

I've read that the gay and arts folks are the first wave of gentrification; if so, Station North is on the way.

It's pretty much guaranteed what you are going to get if you pick up one of the "ladies" of lower Charles Village.

They may be harmless... but they are often "harmed".. whether by criminals, robbers, dealers, or an unsuspecting John who did know what he was getting into..
