There isn't really a good local realtor web site. You can find what you need to know on trulia.com, zillow.com and realtor.com. Prices are pretty good in Orono 2 or 3 bedrooms range 89K to 240ish You should be able to get a good feel for the market on one of those sites. You can also try craigs list homes for sale listing you might be able to find a by owner.

www.realtor.com is a good site! Another good one is www.camdenre.com. Click on "Properties", then "Search all Maine listings". Then you can narrow it down to just searching Orono. Good luck!
