Still looking to relocate to Bangor, looking like I may get this job. Any advice on inexpensive apartments or townhouse rentals that may be near a good elementary school? All direct advice is appreciated.

You may want to look at Hampden. One of the best school systems in the state and borders Bangor on the south. 2 bedroom townhouses go for $600-$800/mos.

good luck
