We have a cottage there. You'll find it quite a change from York! I hope you'll be happy there! Depending on what you have in mind for a cabin I sincerely recommend you take a look at what the folks at Sturdi-Built have to offer. We found they could build a basic structure and deliver it to the site for far less than we could build it ourselves. Of course, because of the delivery factor size is limited, but it's possible to get pretty creative with 2 or 3 adjoined in various ways. Sturdi-Built is in Smyrna on Rte 2 next to the Pioneer Store.
