Well, Lynn and I will be heading to Maine to live on Monday after settlement. We are so excited (and scared) about our new home. We truly hope that everyone welcomes and accepts us.

She and I will be moving to Brewer (South Main Street) in a rental home until we find a permanent location. If anyone lives nearby, please stop by and say hello.

Lynn and Russ

I forgot to ask: Are you still opening a restaurant? If so, when and where? Just curious....

Cool! Congrats!!

Let me know when you have landed and I'll for sure stop by. Milo is not that far away and we do our walmart shopping there in Brewer so are in the area a couple of times a month or so.

Maybe we can cook some stuff on the smoker. Give you a sampling of what we are thinking food wise.

Yes we are. We were close to a existing property in Orono but there were too many hurdles to get over.

We are now looking at Pittsfield and Milo but really need to do some day trips and explore more the state.

smart move... that place that's for sale in Milo is VERY small... you don't really have enough tables and with the shorter (seeming) dining hours here would be hard to turn them enough to turn a profit... I think it has been being run more like a hobby.. I was told she works elsewhere, too. And Elaine's (our by where we are living at present, not far enough from downtown Milo to not be a major competetor) appears to be the place for breakfast and lunch.

that is how it looks to me anyway
