Hi!

Although we don't live in Maine (yet!), I always try to see what's available to buy and rent. I've found craigslist to be quite useful for finding rentals. Also, if you google "Maine for rent" several rental websites pop up.
Good luck !

Hi, I'm a realtor and am very familiar with Bangor. If you need help, I'd love to offer assistance. What brings you to this area? What are your interests?

Question Additional Bangor question?

My husband is considering a job in Bangor.
I've been reading the Maine forum.
We are originally from Cleveland, Ohio and currently live near Dayton.
He is not a big fan of lots of rain or freezing cold weather (for long stretches of time).
My stereotype links Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Maine in the "next to North Pole" geography. Sorry if that offends anyone.

Given his like for warmer weather, is Bangor a poor choice for us even if the job is just 6-8 months long. The idea of experiencing Maine sounds fun, but I want to be realistic.

Thank you for any input.
