Oh man. Bauer's finger.

What I don't get is the hand surgeon, trainers, etc must have looked at it and said, "Yep. It's healing well. He should be able to go". It didn't even hold for four batters.

Indians are one win away from winning the pennant, winning 4-2 over Toronto tonight.

Before the playoffs I could only name one player on the Tribe. Napoli, who the heck are these guys?

C'mon! Jason Kipnis, & Carlos Santana have seen the lean years, Michael Brantley has been there forever (and he really has. He was a part of the 2008 CC Sabathia deal) Corey Kluber is 2 years removed from a Cy Young, Francisco Lindor is one of the better short stops in the league, and the only guy you can name is a journeyman former catcher now DH/backup first basemen??

And for the second question who the hell are these guys: It's just a collection of players who play carefree for a players manager, who takes full advantage of pitching matchups, and puts his team in the best position to win, whether it be utilizing the platoon advantages, or using his best reliever in the 5th inning because it's a tie game with the bases loaded and 1 out.

Cleveland's been fantastic in the postseason so far. They are also unbeaten in the playoffs so far. A sweep over Toronto would be huge.

The Indians have won six straight games this postseason. It is the longest playoff winning streak in franchise history. They've won nine straight, including their last three games of the regular season.

It's their longest winning streak of the season since they set a franchise record with 14 straight wins from June 17 through July 1.

Nice going Indians. Not a fan but it's nice to see the team quiet the Blue Jays' bats.

Congratulations to the Indians and their fans. Yesterday I came across my copy of Athlon Sports 2016 pre season review magazine. They had Cleveland picked as finishing fifth in the AL Central.

I'll be rooting for the Cubs if they get in, but if it is the Dodgers, well, this Giants fan sez go get em.

Congrats Cleveland! It's been a heck of a year for sports there. Back to back championship games.
